The Back-to-School Prep sessions are specifically designed for athletes looking to sharpen and refresh their volleyball skills in preparation for upcoming school team tryouts. This program focuses on reinforcing essential volleyball fundamentals while enhancing overall game readiness to ensure athletes feel confident and prepared as the new school season approaches.
Players should have an established foundation in basic volleyball skills to fully benefit from the training. This program is ideal for athletes who have previously participated in our Grassroots or Academy programs, have gained experience through other volleyball organizations or community leagues, or have played on their school volleyball teams.
Throughout the sessions, athletes will engage in targeted drills and skill-building exercises that focus on key areas such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and court awareness. The goal is to help each athlete increase their confidence, refine their technique, and develop the physical and mental preparation necessary to excel at tryouts.
