About Us

Rampage Volleyball was established in 2019 with primary development programs for young athletes in the Foothills and surrounding areas (DeWinton, Okotoks, High River, Diamond Valley and south Calgary).

Knowing the importance a positive experience for child development can be, we aim to provide a safe environment, showing young athletes what motivation, hard work, good sportsmanship and leadership looks like.

In addition, we strongly believe in building a strong community and how it can have a lasting impact on all members.  This is another reason why we continue to give back to local schools and organizations that we work and partner with through programs run during the season.  We celebrate individual successes of athletes and coaches who have been involved in our programs and encourage all athletes to reach for the stars and become stronger in all that they do.  At Rampage Volleyball Centre, we bring awareness by building lasting relationships through the mutual passion for youth development in the sport and individual athlete's well-being.

Youth Programs

The Grassroots program (for beginners new to volleyball or those who have limited experience in the sport and looking to learn more) is good for athletes ages 8 - 14 years old.  Programs are run in DeWinton and High River and offered from mid-September to end of May.

The Academy program (for athletes who have the basic fundamentals an wanting to take their skills to the next level) is best suited for those ages 12 - 16 years old .  Programs are run in DeWinton, Okotoks and High River and offered from mid-September to end of May.

The U12 Junior Rampage team is for athletes under 12 years old who are interested and looking to play in a team setting and compete in various tournaments to get their initial start for future club volleyball.

The Rampage Grassroots and Academy program is a place for young athletes to grow, develop and learn the necessary volleyball skills while having fun without the pressures of competing in ranking tournaments or high fees from the competitive stream of club volleyball.  While the U12 Junior team requires more commitment from athletes with practices twice a week and gives athletes the opportunity to compete in tournaments against different teams in Calgary, surrounding areas and throughout Alberta.
