Adult Summer Beach League

Co-ed 6 beach on Mondays at Bill Robertson Park.

Teams will play 2 games of 40 minutes with a 5 minute warm-up to start each game.  Best of 3 (if time allows) to 21 (capped) with 15 on the third (must have at least 5 points total to count). Captains to record game points at the end of each game.

All teams to have a ratio of no less than 25% female player(s) on the court. (ie.  if you are short players and only have 4 or less for that week, then one must be female.  If only 5, then you need 2 females).  Teams can have as many players on their roster as they want, but need to have the required female ratio playing with a max of 6 players on the court.  Teams are responsible for ensuring there are enough players or find subs as needed.

Every team will play each other twice, where game points, and games won will be used to tally and determine placement going into the final playoff for the last week.

For those registering as an individual, you will be placed on a team with other individuals.  If you are uncertain on which skill level you should register in, please use the guideline HERE

Are you a person who would like to organize and direct the games for the summer beach league and in return get to play for FREE?!  Looking for a games coordinator or two for Monday and Wednesday league.  What does this entail?  See HERE for further information on how to become a games coordinator.

Adult Beach League

Where: Bill Robertson Park (formerly Riverside Community Park)

  1400 North Railway Street, Okotoks

Who: Adults 18+

Date: Monday, June 10 - August 12 (no games on July 1 & August 5) 

Time: 6:00 - 7:30pm or 7:30 - 9:00pm

Cost: $450 (team) - FULL

or   $115 (individual) - a few spots still available (email us for pro-rated cost)

Note:  Team registration payment to be done by the captain of the team.  Those on the team can register after the captain has completed the team registration and payment received.  All registered teams will be posted and updated HERE

Please fully complete the online registration below.  There are 4 sections to the registration and once submitted, a copy of the registration will be emailed to you immediately. 

(If you do not receive a copy of the registration emailed to you, please double check that it has been submitted fully as some individuals have filled out the form to the end, but did not hit the submit button.)

Once the registration has been submitted (email copy will be sent upon submission) and payment made, you will receive an email confirmation of registration completion within 3 business days from us.  Thank you.

Note:  Please check your spam or junk email folders and mark emails from us as safe.  Due to us sending out mass amounts of emails with the same subject header, some individuals receive our emails flagged as spam.

*Refund Policy*

For refunds requested more 10 days prior to the start of the league, a $20 processing fee will be deducted from the registration cost.  Less than 10 days will occur a $30 processing fee.  Team refunds will be sent back to the individual (captain) who sent in the payment for the registration.

Once the league has started, there will be no refunds provided.
