Co-ed indoor volleyball league for adults in Okotoks and surrounding areas.
Teams will play games of 50 minutes with a 5 minute warm-up to start each game. Best of 3 (if time allows) to 25 (capped at 27) and to 15 on the third (must have at least 5 points total to count). Should time run out, even if the game in the middle of the second set, the team with the higher score is the winner. Please be considerate in ending games on time to not impact other teams scheduled game times. Captains to report game score results at the end of each night HERE.
Teams can have as many players on their roster as they like, but only 6 players are allowed on the court at a time, with a minimum of 2 female players. If a team plays with 5 players and only 1 female, a "ghost player" rule will apply: at every full rotation, the opposing team will receive 1 point, and your team will lose the serve. Teams are responsible for ensuring they have enough eligible players for each game. If needed, please arrange for subs in advance.
Teams will play round robin games every week with standings calculated by the total score per set, and number of games won. This will determine the final playoff game bracket. Further league rules can be found HERE.
For those registering as an individual, you will be placed on a team with other individuals. If you are uncertain on which skill level you should register in, please use the guideline HERE.
All game balls are to be brought by players on the team.

Note: Team registration payment to be done by the captain of the team. Those on the team can register after the captain has completed the team registration and payment received. All registered teams will be posted and updated HERE.
Please complete the online registration form in full below. The registration consists of 4 sections, and upon successful submission, a copy of your completed registration will be emailed to you immediately.
Important: If you do not receive an email confirmation after submitting, please double check that all sections were completed and that you clicked the final submit button. Occasionally, forms are filled out entirely but not properly submitted, which means the registration was not processed and therefore not received by us.

Once the registration has been successfully submitted and payment made, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 3 business days.
Note: Please be sure to check your spam or junk email folders and mark emails from us as safe. Since we send out large volumes of emails with the same subject line, some email providers may mistakenly flag our messages as spam.
*Refund Policy*
For refunds requested more 10 days prior to the start of the league, a $20 processing fee will be deducted from the registration cost. Less than 10 days will occur a $30 processing fee. Team refunds will be sent back to the individual (captain) who sent in the payment for the registration.
Once the league has started, there will be no refunds provided.
